The 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans are here and clear: Americans are advised to eat a plant-based diet which emphasizes vegetables, dry beans and peas, fruits, whole grains, nuts and seeds. Did you know that almost 70% of nuts eaten in the United States are peanuts and peanut butter?
