Peanut Butter Crispy Treats

Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter
1 10-oz. packages marshmallows (40 regular marshmallows)*
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
6 cups crispy rice cereal

*substitute 4 cups miniature marshmallows OR 1 7-oz. jar of marshmallow cream

Instructions

  1. Melt butter over low heat in a large saucepan. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until thoroughly combined. Stir in crispy rice cereal until coated.
  2. Using waxed paper, evenly press mixture into a 13x9x2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool and cut into 2-inch squares. Serve same day or store in an airtight container.
