This month, we’re encouraging our fans to “spread their love” for peanut butter, and their favorite simple recipes, on our Facebook wall! For added inspiration, we will spotlight our own favorite peanut butter recipes throughout National Peanut Butter Lovers Month.
One to get you started is this decadently delicious yet healthy Peanut Butter, Banana and Chocolate Milkshake. Simply blend together 1 frozen banana, 1 cup low-fat chocolate milk and 2 tablespoons peanut butter until all ingredients are smooth. Enjoy it for breakfast or an easy afterschool snack!
