PB Apple Salad

Ingredients: 6 oz. fat free vanilla yogurt 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 6 oz. pineapple juice 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise 4 large apples 1/3 cup golden raisins 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped Directions: In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, peanut butter, pineapple juice and mayonnaise.
