2 fluid ounces Chambord (black raspberry liqueur)
1 fluid ounce light cream
½ tablespoons creamy peanut butter
2 ice cubes
Fresh raspberries, small crust of bread (optional)
2 teaspoon Chambord
Combine all ingredients in blender; process until
smooth. Pour into 8-ounce martini glass. Skewer
4 raspberries and bread, if desired, and lay across
top of glass. Drizzle Chambord down side of glass
to pool at bottom.
