2 teaspoons Asian seasoning blend (salt-free)
1.5 teaspoons kosher salt
6 center cut pork chops
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1.5 cups Asian sesame dressing
2 cups frozen sliced peaches, roughly chopped
1/8 teaspoon lightly toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons salted peanuts, roughly chopped
Preheat a large, nonstick skillet on medium heat. Spray liberally with nonstick cooking spray. Combine the Asian seasoning blend and salt, use to season both sides of the pork chops. Sear the pork chops on each side for five minutes.
Combine the peanut butter and Asian sesame dressing in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the dressing mixture over the pork chops and add peaches. Continue cooking pork chops for eight minutes, turning chops halfway through cooking.
To serve, place pork chops on a serving platter and spoon remaining sauce over the top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped peanuts.
