1 ripe banana
½ cup quick cooking oats
1 cup water
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Peel the ripe banana and place on a cookie sheet. Mash with a fork and
roast in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes.
- Microwave the oats and water in a microwave-safe bowl for 2 minutes. Stir in roasted banana, milk, and peanut butter until creamy.

Note: You can add a little brown sugar or honey to taste, but the sugars in a ripe banana caramelize
when roasted so it really isn’t necessary.
