All RecipesDessertsSnacks Butterfinger® Bites Butterfinger® Bites by admin October 24, 2025 344 Butterfinger® Bites Print Recipe Nutrition facts: 200 calories 20 grams fat Rating: 5.0/5 ( 2 voted ) Ingredients EQUIPMENT - Stand mixer (can be done by hand but a mixer works better) - Mini donut or mini muffin tin - Baking sheet INGREDIENTS 3 cups Cheez-It® or other cheese-flavored crackers 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup peanut butter + 2 tbsps 1/2 cup meltable chocolate such as chocolate bark* Instructions 1. Pour Cheez-It crackers into mixer bowl and crush by hand into a coarse crumb. 2. Add powdered sugar and mix on low until combined. 3. Add peanut butter and mix until combined and ball is formed. 4. Scoop peanut butter cracker mixture into mini donut tins (or mini muffing tins) and press to pack down. 5. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. 6. Remove from fridge. Pop out bites and place flat/large side down on baking sheet. 7. Melt chocolate according to package; once melted add 2 tbsps peanut butter and stir until combined. 8. Spoon about 1/2 tbsp of chocolate mixture into the "hole" of each bite. (If using muffin tins, spoon over top and "smoosh" the chocolate on top to spread it and let it run down the sides, more like a volcano.) 9. Return to fridge to set chocolate and until time to serve. 10. ENJOY!
