All RecipesEntréesFoodservice Peanut Crusted Fish by pblovers January 7, 2024 2.3K Peanut Crusted Fish Print Recipe Nutrition facts: 200 calories 20 grams fat Rating: 5.0/5 ( 1 voted ) Ingredients Fish of Choice Peanut oil for cooking Beurre Blanc sauce for serving, if desired Peanut Glaze 1 cup creamy peanut butter ½ cup soy sauce water (enough to thin glaze out) Peanut Crust 2 teaspoons herbs of choice 1 cup bread crumbs 1 cup peanut flour Instructions For Peanut Glaze: whisk peanut butter & soy sauce together in a small bowl. Slowly add water until desired consistency is reached. For Peanut Crust: combine herbs, bread crumbs, and peanut flour in a shallow dish. Evenly coat fish in peanut glaze, then in peanut crust. Heat small amount of peanut oil in a skillet until hot. Cook fish on stovetop until peanut crust is golden brown. Plate and top with a beurre blanc sauce, if desired.
