Ingredients

Base Sauce
¼ C smooth peanut butter
¼ C light soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
½ tsp. Sambal (Chili Garlic or Sriracha)
1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar or cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, smashed & chopped
1 tsp. ginger
3 tbsp. Water, to thin sauce

Noodles & Toppings
Canton Noodles
Scallions
Crushed Peanuts
Carrots
Bean Sprouts
Chicken (optional)

Instructions

1. Mix together all sauce ingredients in a medium bowl until combined.
2. Prepare toppings by chopping vegetables and cooking chicken, if desired.
3. Cook noodles as directed by packaging.
4. Toss noodles in peanut sauce until fully coated.
5. Plate saucy noodles and top with vegetables, peanuts, and chicken.
