Ingredients

½ cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup cold milk
1 package (4 serving size) Jell-O Vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 tub (8 ounce) Cool-whip whipped topping, thawed
1 prepared chocolate flavor crumb crust (6 oz or 9 inch)
1 cup chopped peanut butter cookies (optional)
1 square Baker’s Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted
Chocolate layer: (optional)
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp margarine or butter
2-3 teaspoons water
¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt ½ cup chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon margarine with 2 teaspoons water; stirring constantly until smooth. Blend in powdered sugar until smooth. Add additional water if necessary for desired spreading consistency. Spread mixture over bottom and up the sides of crust. Refrigerate.

Beat peanut butter and milk in a large bowl with wire whisk until blended. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until smooth. Stir in half of the whipped topping. Spoon half of the pudding mixture into prepared crust; top with cookies. Spoon remaining pudding mixture over cookies. Freeze 3 hours or overnight. Drizzle with chocolate. Garnish with remaining topping.
