Ingredients

1 almost empty jar of peanut butter
2 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon sriracha sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into your almost empty peanut butter jar and shake well. You may have to open the
    jar and use a long spoon to scrape the peanut butter from the sides/bottom and shake again until sauce is
    pourable.
  2. Serve over a power bowl of your choice (grain like brown rice or quinoa, veggies, and protein of choice);
    noodle bowl with your choice of veggies and protein; or a salad. This is a great way to use up left-over
    ingredients in your refrigerator as well as the last little bit (maybe a couple tablespoons) of peanut butter!
