All RecipesDesserts Magic Crust Peanut Pie by Leslie Wagner January 23, 2024 1.1K Magic Crust Peanut Pie Print Recipe Yields: 1 Pie Nutrition facts: 200 calories 20 grams fat Rating: 5.0/5 ( 2 voted ) Ingredients 20 Ritz crackers, crushed fine 1 cup sugar, divided 3/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped 3 eggs whites 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 tsp cream of tarter whipped cream shaved unsweetened chocolate Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crackers, peanuts and 1/2 cup sugar. Set aside. Beat egg whites , vanilla, and cream of tarter - gradually adding remaining cup of sugar - until stiff peaks form. Fold the cracker/peanut mixture into egg white mixture. Pour into a pie pan and bake for 25 minutes. The pie will form it's own crust like magic! Cool completely.
