6 ounces fat free vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
6 ounces pineapple juice
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
4 large apples
1/3 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, peanut butter, pineapple juice and mayonnaise.
  2. Core and cube apples.
  3. Toss apples and raisins into the dressing until fully coated.
  4. Garnish with chopped nuts before serving.
