Ingredients

Cake:
1 box red velvet cake mix
Ingredients to make cake

PB Cream Icing:
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
8 oz. whipped cream cheese
½ cup creamy peanut butter

Garnish:
6 full-sized Reese’s® peanut butter cups
1 bag of Reese’s® fun size peanut butter cups

Instructions

Cake:
Bake pre-packaged red velvet cake according to instructions on box to make a three layer cake.

PB Cream Icing:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Ice cake

Garnish:
Cut full-sized Reese’s® cups in half horizontally and line the top edge of the iced cake, standing the halves on edge to create a scalloped appearance. Cut enough of the fun sized candies in half vertically to line the bottom of the cake. Chop more of the small Reese’s® cups and sprinkle on top of the cake.
