Salad: 8 slices fresh pineapple (rings or slices) 4 red onion slices, cut 1/3 inch thick 2 heads romaine lettuce, washed and chopped 1 cup sliced strawberries 1 cup orange segments 2 ounces dried banana chips 4 tablespoons pitted dates, coarsely chopped ¼ cup chopped peanuts Instructions Dressing: In a blender, combine peanut butter, mayonnaise and lime juice until smooth.
