½ cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
2 tablespoons Chia seeds
1 tablespoon peanut powder
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
½ teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ banana
1 tablespoon roasted peanuts


  1. Combine coconut milk, Chia seeds, peanut powder, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla in a
    container with a lid. Stir or shake to combine thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight to 3 days before eating.
  2. To serve, top with half a banana and roasted peanuts. This makes a great breakfast or healthy snack
